Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider – Historic Building – Tottenham Court Road, London – £35,000 per annum
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to be based at a historic building in Tottenham Court Road, London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established FM service provider, working within a unique and prestigious building as part of a large team of engineers.
The successful candidate will hold a plumbing qualification (Level 2 NVQ / City & Guilds) and have a strong background in commercial building maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded maintenance engineer looking to develop within a leading FM provider, offering excellent training, career progression and overtime opportunities.
PackageSalary: £35,000 per annumMonday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00Overtime opportunities availableTraining & development programmesCompany pension schemeExcellent career progressionKey Duties & ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the sitePerform plumbing repairs including toilets, taps, sinks, pipework and sanitarywareDiagnose and repair faults within commercial plumbing systemsCarry out basic electrical maintenance including lamp changes, socket replacements, emergency lighting checks and minor fault findingUndertake routine maintenance on AHUs, fan coil units, pumps, valves and associated mechanical plantComplete water hygiene tasks including temperature monitoring and flushing regimesAssist with minor mechanical and plumbing installationsCarry out general building fabric maintenance including doors, locks, ceiling tiles and minor repairsRespond promptly to reactive maintenance requests across all building servicesEscort and supervise specialist subcontractorsEnsure all works are completed in accordance with health & safety proceduresMaintain accurate maintenance records using the site's CAFM systemRequirementsLevel 2 NVQ / City & Guilds in Plumbing (Essential)Experience within commercial building maintenance or Facilities ManagementStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitudeExcellent communication and customer service skillsReliable, professional and able to work effectively within a teamPlease send your CV to Alex Denton at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information and to avoid missing out on this excellent opportunity
