Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – London Victoria – Up to £55,000 per annum CBW is currently recruiting an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a prestigious commercial estate in Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong M&E professional to work within a large, high-profile mixed-use environment comprising premium office and commercial buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of on-site engineers while remaining hands-on with the day-to-day maintenance of the buildings. You will oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive works, fault finding, compliance and specialist subcontractors, ensuring all engineering activities are completed safely and to a high standard.This is a hands-on supervisory position, suited to an experienced engineer who is comfortable leading from the front, supporting engineers with technical issues and carrying out maintenance where required.
