Training:You will be working towards a full-time job and studying towards a degree apprenticeship with Sheffield Hallam University on our flagship BSc (Hons) in Digital and Technology Solutions.
It’s a 3-year course in which you will have an initial 12-week bootcamp on campus at Sheffield Hallam University. You will then study part time using a blended approach to learning, encompassing both on campus days and online learning, whilst doing your fulltime role.
You will learn many industry standard technologies and cover modules such as programming fundamentals, systems analysis and design, database administration and software engineering concepts. Programme Management Office (PMO) Project Analyst - Working alongside one or more Project Manager(s), delivering the monitoring, control, and management of project finances, resource capacity planning and utilization, on and offboarding, risks and issues, change management, and project planning.
Service Analyst – You will be working within a Service team, focusing on the performance and achievement of Service Level Agreement’s for Services into the client. This includes the management and trending of incident, problems, changes, and continual improvements, whilst driving compliance, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver the agreed availability, performance, and obligations of the Services.
Business Operation Analyst (BOA) - Supporting the day-to-day operational activities of our business, including finances, communications plan, calendar and mailbox management and resource planning. You will have opportunity to work with leadership teams across the business.
Training:Chartered manager (degree) level 6 (Degree with honours) apprenticeship.
You will be required to attend Sheffield Hallam University on a series of study blocks.
