My client, an established boutique firm of Quantity Surveying consultants now seeks a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join them to work on high end individual residential projects.
My client is based in South West London and does expect people to work from the office 4 days per week with Fridays available to work from home.
You will be involved in all aspects of Cost Management doing both pre and post contract duties including overseeing cost management and budget control, dealing directly with clients and stakeholders, preparing reports and maintaining project documentation, ensuring compliance with contracts, contract administration etc.
You should be able to run your own projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and ideally be able to run several projects concurrently working very closely with the clients, the architects and interior designers.
THE COMPANY
My client is a boutique busy firm of PQS working main on high end and super prime residential projects.
They have one office based in South West London.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is currently working for a UK firm of PQS.
You do not need to be chartered but should have good experience of both pre and post contract work including good experience of contract administration.
You will need to have a recognised UK qualification in Quantity Surveying.
You should have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken to deal with people at all levels.
You should have a stable work record.
Salary is in the region of £70000 to £85000 (depending on your level) plus pension, discretionary bonus.

About you
