They will be required to work as a duty worker on an occasional basis, undertake statutory Safeguarding work (s42 Care Act 2014), Mental Capacity Act (2007) and best Interest assessments and may also be required to provide supervision/support to less experienced staff. Some experience of supervision is desirable but not essential.
