RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is looking for 2nd Shift Aerosol Line Operators (Shift Differential). $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!
GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for filling production batches into aerosol containers as indicated on batch tickets. Performs routine maintenance and makes mechanical or electrical adjustments or repairs to production line machines as needed.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Locate proper product and filling items such as cans, lids, labels, etc. to fill aerosol containers per batch ticket instructions.
Set up all equipment on filling line and make changeovers for filling new batch ticket orders.
Review finished order for final counts on product and fill rates.
Maintain neat and orderly work area.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Drain tank/vat of remaining batch material
Scrape and/or scrub interior of tank/vat to remove residue
Use appropriate cleaning solvent to clean tank/vat
Remove residue and cleaning solvent from tank/vat with squeegees, pump and/or suction hoses
Dry tank/vat
Inspect tank/vat to ensure no chance of contamination before authorizing tank/vat for use
Empty used cleaning solvent into appropriate used wash drum
Maintain used wash drum area by tracking amount of wash in drum and replacing filled drums
Apply proper labeling to empty wash drums to prepare for use
Maintain log of used cleaning solvents (wash)
Assist in Filling area as needed
Maintain neat and orderly work area

Check inventory of machine tape, hot glue, UPC labels, box labels, ribbons, pallets, etc.
Order materials and maintain supplies necessary for the daily running of materials, such as cans, boxes, lids, pallet ship sheets, etc.
Maintain supplies for filling line, such as empty cans, boxes, etc. and operate forklift to manage supply of materials to line
Move full pallets of finished material to pallet wrappers and wrap with shrink wrap.
Move completed pallets to shipping staging areas

The Redline Group are looking for a highly-skilled Contract Project Quality Manager, to join a major engineering project situated in Yorkshire, on site 5 days a week. This engagement spans a 3-6-month period and centres around the construction, mechanical completion, installation and commissioning phases of a significant chemical process plant project.
As the Contract Project Quality Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of quality assurance and quality control across the project, working closely with contractors, suppliers and a European supply chain. You will oversee construction quality standards, monitor the installation of piping and process equipment and ensure all works conform with the required engineering drawings, specifications and industry standards.
You will work closely with construction and commissioning teams throughout mechanical completion and system handover, managing punch lists and system readiness activities. The role will also involve coordinating third-party inspections, managing non-conformances, concession requests and corrective actions, as well as reviewing quality dossiers, LTQR documentation and supporting UKCA compliance.
This role has an indicative OUTSIDE IR35 determination therefore we can accept candidates who would like to operate through their own PSC.
Key skills required – Contract Project Quality Manager based in Yorkshire:
Previous experience as a Quality Manager, Project Quality Manager or senior QA/QC professional on a major process plant, chemical plant or engineering installation project
Strong experience of construction quality assurance, mechanical installation and mechanical completion
Expert knowledge of process industry codes and standards relating to pipework, vessels, structures, pumps, valves and associated process equipment
Experience reviewing quality documentation, quality dossiers and LTQR documentation for mechanical completion and system handover
Strong experience managing NCRs, concession requests, corrective actions, punch lists and third-party inspections
Experience working closely with contractors, suppliers, construction and commissioning teams
An in-date CSWIP 3.2 qualification
Experience supporting UKCA compliance and certification would be advantageous

This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of the site team, ensuring electrical, control and instrumentation systems are installed, tested, calibrated and commissioned to the highest standards.
As the Contract EC&I Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical and instrumentation installation, maintenance, fault-finding and commissioning activities across multiple process systems. You will work closely with Engineering, Construction and Commissioning teams to ensure systems are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.
Key responsibilities for the Contract EC&I Technician, East Yorkshire:
Installation, maintenance and fault-finding of LV electrical systems
Cable glanding, termination and panel wiring activities
Installation, testing and commissioning of motor starters including DOL, star-delta, soft starters and VSDs
Loop checking, I/O testing and signal verification activities
Calibration and testing of pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters and level instrumentation
Installation, testing and maintenance of control valves and associated instrumentation
Supporting PLC, SCADA and HMI system fault-finding and commissioning activities
