This position is in the Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division
Tremco Sealants manufactures sealants, air barriers, waterproofing membranes, traffic coatings, glazing accessories and more for new construction and restoration. Our products can be seen on structures from parking garages and mixed-use buildings to single-family homes and high-rises, and are also used in the modular, residential window and door, industrial and manufacturing markets. The Technical Sales Representative ensures that the assigned revenue, margin and product mix objectives, within the corporate business framework, are met or exceeded. This is to be accomplished by securing, developing, and managing key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts. This position will also own and manage all related performance and service metrics for the assigned accounts in the NYC territory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations. Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory. Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, partnership with key decision makers, and strategic initiatives. Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory. Leverages industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers with a focus on problem identification, exploration and resolution. Annually prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans for each customer with monthly forecasts. Consistently and efficiently follows the standard sales process to identify prospects and decision makers, gain customer commitment, predict sales probability, and effectively close deals. Manages day-to-day contact, exchanges information succinctly, truthfully and ethically while addressing issues directly and tactfully in pursuit of mutual interest and benefit. Develops and delivers technical, high quality and directed digital collateral, product prospectus, presentations, and business correspondence in support of the overall sales process. Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate and execute product knowledge training sessions with internal and external customers, as appropriate, utilizing supplier representatives. Leverages all available technology on a daily basis for productivity and effective lead generation, account maintenance, sales and expense tracking, forecasting, account reviews, customer contact, presentations, etc. Works collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust and mutual respect. Attends and presents business unit products and services at industry conventions and trade shows. Maintains extensive product knowledge in all product lines and service offerings. Adheres to and enforces all company policies, pricing, and operational procedures with special attention to the professional image of the company. Performs other related duties as required, requested or assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
EXPERIENCE
Four to ten years of related experience and/or training in the construction industry. A minimum of two years of customer service experience is preferred Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.) Assembly line related product segments Basic knowledge of product chemistries Insulated Concrete Forms knowledge/experience a plus

The Dispenser Service Technician (DST) position's primary function is the installation and maintenance of Euclid Chemical concrete admixture dispensing equipment. This position is also responsible for calling on current admixture customers routinely, offering them DST services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field.
Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.)
Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.). When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit.
Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility. Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product.
Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused.
Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer.
May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.).
Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation.
Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed.
Assist in state inspections where necessary.
Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed.
Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

Travel up to 50% of the time. Must be willing to spend the night out of town when required.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Tremco CPG, Inc. and WTI are currently looking for a Service Regional Business Manager in our Northeast region.
The Regional Business Manager (RBM) is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of their assigned region, which includes, but is not limited to, setting strategic direction, providing customer service and sales support, managing regional personnel, ensuring regional profitability and performance, and contributing to a culture of teamwork and quality. The RBM will serve as the liaison for the region and coordinate communications with all levels of staff within WTI and Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance. The RBM will maintain and enhance customer relationships, providing face-to-face business support and services. The RBM will also work with field and sales personnel to achieve continuous improvement initiatives and promote synergies between sales and WTI. Assigned regions are subject to change based on business needs.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Direct region's WTI personnel and work cross-functionally with other Tremco and WTI external and internal departments to maximize efforts and results in sales, compliance, safety, and profitability.
Serve as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure effective two-way communication and achieve positive results.
Develop an ongoing strategy to manage and grow existing business within existing markets and with all new strategic markets developed by WTI or Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance management.
Assess daily operational situations to identify potential crisis management, safety, and escalation protocols.
Determine solutions to project issues, including but not limited to field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, and product management issues.
Travel to job sites as needed to provide support to regional resources, including rooftop projects.
Travel to customer or sales meetings as needed to support business or regional activities.
Manage all WTI personnel in the assigned region, with personnel numbers ranging from 10 to over 100, depending on the region's sales volume.
Develop regional resources for daily operations, growth, and employee development.
Identify resource or employee concerns and resolve them promptly, engaging the appropriate HR or WTI management as needed.
Ensure that documentation on employee issues is submitted promptly to the HR department.
Act as an agent of change and improvement, and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
Manage regional financial data, including identifying trends, correcting utilization, and addressing issues related to gross margin and/or operating income. Review individual job financials and make necessary adjustments to address poor performance and prevent recurring problems.
Forecast, analyze, and report on sales, establishing financial performance metrics. Define criteria for success and provide leadership to achieve regional team goals.
Develop workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategies to optimize the region's performance.
Establish, define, and communicate a clear strategic direction and targets for achieving goals within the regional team.
Facilitate a culture of teamwork and excellence throughout the region and the organization.
Communicate and implement company policies and procedures within the region and support throughout the organization as required.
Work directly with the Managed Asset team to facilitate and provide support for designated national accounts.
Communicate with regional partners (other RBMs, supervisors, construction managers, etc.) to provide or obtain resource and technical support.
Additional duties as assigned by senior leadership.
Experience
5-10 years of prior experience in a results-oriented leadership role for a regional, cross-functional team within the building construction industry.
Prior experience leading a large staff in remote multi-state locations.
Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance.
Prior experience clearly defines expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views, and providing continual, timely, frank, and direct feedback to others.
Proven experience with setting strategy and establishing plans for business growth.
Prior experience working between multiple departments that support regional compliance and profitability.
Must have prior hands-on experience with handling business transactions, procedures, and practices, including but not limited to pricing, company vehicles, safety, order entry, estimating, general contracting procedures, designation and duties of employees, warranties, quality assurance practices, service offerings, etc.

The optimal candidate will have experience managing a large team of hourly and salaried managers and have had their hands in all parts of restaurant operations.
Requirements:
Proven years experience in a AGM or higher at a upscale, elevated restaurant. Ideally Michelin conceptsHigh volume restaurant is a MUST!experience with Korean food & beverage is a plus That hospitality mindest and personality - passionate and energeticHave strong knowledge of cost control, P&L management and labour managementBe a strong mentor to continously develop the team
