Interpret these measurements in order to provide protection advice to facility operators
Work with numbers to complete mental calculations
This role is critical to ensuring safe operations in nuclear facilities and requires a high level of attention to detail, quality and accuracy in recording and interpreting measurements
You will need to have the right attitude to health and safety, quality and following instructions
Training:Training will be delivered between our off-site training facility, Sellafield Skills Centre and the Sellafield site.

Your role will include tasks such as diary management, arranging meetings and events, taking meeting notes and providing general admin support to the department you are supporting
You may also work as a secretary to one of the senior managers of the company
Other tasks can include support to document control processes and HR related activities such as payroll, recruitment and processing of people-related transactions in line with Company Terms and Conditions
Training:
Your role will be desk based, and you will have the opportunity to complete the Level 3 Standard in Business Administration whilst on the scheme, by attending a local college one day a month
As well as acquiring administrative skills, your placements will provide an opportunity to develop communication and interpersonal skills and become confident in dealing with a variety of stakeholders

Fabricate pipework.
Assemble and install pipework.
As part of the role you will need to wear personal protective equipment when working in active areas (such as full PVC suiting, gloves and respirators) and work in confined spaces or at heights.

You will undertake knowledge, skills and behaviour assessments where you will be expected to clearly demonstrate your capability to perform as a Pipefitter Apprentice.Training:This is a four-year scheme where the first year will be spent learning a range of hands-on engineering skills.
