An exciting opportunity for Apprentices to be trained using the latest diagnostic equipment at Skillnets Training Academy for the F1 Autocentres Programme with the relevant skills to react to the ever-changing technological developments within the car industry. Apprentices will be provided with a Line Manager and Mentor at the workplace, in addition to receiving support and face to face visits from a Skillnet Skills Coach.

Training is delivered on a block release basis at one of the Skillnet Training Centres at Croxley (Watford)
Assessments will also be conducted in the workplace by a dedicated Skills Coach. You will also be assigned a workplace mentor for support in dealership

At First Strokes - Stanway, you will be working towards the Leisure Duty Manager Apprenticeship Level 3, over the duration of 18 months, alongside your daily roles and responsiblities.
Your Roles and Responsibilities will include:
Meet and greet customers, answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries
To advise customers on all aspects of swimming tuition (full training will be given)
To assist all customers who have queries, complaints or requiring information in a polite, friendly and helpful manager
