Skills and Requirements:
8+ years of professional software development experience.
Advanced Python expertise, including asynchronous programming and production-level backend development.
Hands-on experience with FastAPI and RESTful API design.
Strong knowledge of secure API authentication (OAuth, JWT).
Experience with GenAI technologies such as RAG, vector databases, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agentic frameworks.

What We Are Looking For:
* Previous experience of 2 years working as a Conveyancing Secretary, Legal Secretary, Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
* At least 2 years of conveyancing experience in either commercial or residential.
* Must have prior invoicing and billing experience, including basic accounting knowledge
* Able to complete relevant property documentation, such as Land Registry forms and SDLT returns
* Solid IT and typing skills with high attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently

As a Retail Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client’s sites. We require flexible availability, as the shift lengths may vary and you will be travelling to a different client site each day. You may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
Days: Monday – Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.

Retail & Asset Solutions are currently seeking motivated, professional and flexible individuals to complete stock counts for well-known retailers, on a casual contract-basis across the UK.
The Role
We are looking for Retail stock counter driver to add to our already successful team as part of a car share team.
Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
You must have a full Driving License or be able to make your own way to and from sites using public transport.
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
