The team are responsible for handling serious injury cases to include brain and spinal injuries and CICA claims. The successful candidate will handle their own caseload of high value multi track cases, dealing with cases from the point of instruction through to trial and/ or settlement. Corresponding with clients, defendants Solicitors and third parties.
