About the team
You will be working in a fast-paced front door team for Adult Social Care. On a day-to-day basis you will be doing managing duties, supervising up to 5 staff (QSW & Unqualified Social Care Staff). You will not have a caseload, but you will be allocating cases on the waiting list. After an initial induction period you will only be required to be in the office 1 day per week. Please note this role is on a locum basis.
