Children's Social Worker

We are looking for a Children’s Social Worker to join a Child Protection Team
THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS POST QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE
About you
You will be an enthusiastic and committed Social Worker with substantial knowledge in a Children’s setting.

You will have knowledge of key legislation as you will be working in accordance with it.

It is also essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) – with a minimum of three years in an Children’s Social Work setting.

A valid Social Work England registration is required.

Full UK driving license is preferred.

The aim of this team is to promote the wellbeing of children and young people.

The team identifies the needs of the children and acts accordingly.

The service the team provides is crucial to young peoples lives and they act with an emphasis on compassion and care.

The team deals with a caseload of children who require child protection investigation.
