We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:
Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred Reliable form of transportation Acceptable background check per company standards Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law. Key Responsibilities
- Operate manual lathes and milling machines to produce precision components

Working Hours of the CNC Miller: Double-day shifts working 38 hours per week – 19% average allowance

PM Shift: 33% Shift allowance - Monday to Thursday – 14:15 to 22:30 / Friday – 11:00 to 16:00

This care home provides care for patients with a physical disability as a result of an acquired brain injury (ABI) or progressive neurological condition (PNC), learning disability, or mental illness associated with conditions such as epilepsy
**To be considered for this position you must hold a relevant degree and HCPC registration; post graduate qualification awarded by the RCSLT**
As a Speech & Language Therapist your key responsibilities include:
Manages and co-ordinates the implementation of individual treatment plans for speech and language therapy services ensuring treatments, activities and interventions are delivered through effective application and communication
Receives and responds promptly to referrals undertaking assessments to identify and prioritise patient needs before planning and delivering the appropriate and relevant interventions on and individual or group basis. Maintains accurate and timely records detailing each patient’s rehabilitation/progress
Ensures the effective and efficient management of more junior staff
Maintains and develops close working relationships with professional and clinical colleagues within the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring clinical practice is in line with policies and procedures and complies with statutory regulations and quality standards
Contributes to business growth by actively promoting priory therapy services in line with the local units’ business plan
Maintains effective communication links with patients, relatives, carers, and purchasers throughout the patient’s rehabilitation

As an apprentice Vehicle Damage Assessor, your role will be varied and interesting - no two days will be the same!
Typically, duties will include:
Inspecting and assessing accident damaged vehicles
Researching repair methods to work out the correct and safe repair required for each individual vehicle

Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an ambitious Graduate Production Engineer to support NPI, manufacturing optimisation, CAD activities, process improvement, and projects.
The Role
As a Graduate Production Engineer, you will support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and help define and improve manufacturing methods, ensuring designs are optimised for quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure across engineering, production, and continuous improvement within a highly technical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the NPI process and assist in defining manufacturing routes and processes
- Assist with optimisation of designs for manufacture, quality, and efficiency
- Maintain and update BOMs, routes, and production data within the ERP system
- Support the quoting process with technical input and cost estimation
- Assist in identifying process improvements and cost reduction opportunities
- Help create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing documentation
- Support ECN reviews and implementation of engineering changes
- Assist with root cause analysis and 8D/NCR investigations, supporting corrective actions
- Support CAD activities including 3D modelling and 2D production drawings
- Assist in the design of fixtures and manufacturing aids
- Contribute to DFMEA/PFMEA activities in line with PPAP processes
- Support customer and supplier technical queries
- Assist with training others on ERP systems and manufacturing processes
- Gain hands-on knowledge of complex assemblies and precision manufacturing processes
Candidate Profile
- Degree or HNC in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Some experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- CAD experience with proficiency in MS Office
- Hands-on approach with the ability to build and assemble components
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team
- Open-minded, proactive, and keen to develop within a technical environment
- Occasional travel to client sites may be required (planned in advance, expenses covered)
- Due to location, a full driving licence is required

Due to continued growth, the business is looking to hire a detail-focused Mechanical Assembly Technician to join the team at this exciting stage of expansion.
The Role
As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly of high-precision mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies within a controlled cleanroom environment.
You will support the build, test, and validation of complex engineered systems, ensuring all components meet strict quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components to engineering drawings and specifications
- Carry out specialist wiring and electrical testing of precision sub-assemblies
- Maintain cleanroom assembly standards and procedures
- Support the transition of new products from NPI into full production
- Create and update manufacturing instructions and build documentation
- Record and maintain test data, serial numbers, and quality control information
- Ensure full traceability of assemblies for future service and support
- Support continuous improvement of assembly and manufacturing processes
- Work closely with engineering teams to resolve build or test issues
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and cleanroom protocols
Candidate Profile
- Experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
- Experience in low-volume, high-precision or bespoke manufacturing environment
- Comfortable with fine assembly, hand fitting, and specialist wiring tasks
- Able to work under pressure and meet defined production deadlines
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience working with high-technology or cleanroom manufacturing environments (desirable)
- Familiarity with precision instrumentation or advanced scientific equipment
- Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (desirable)
