My well-established client in the private healthcare sector is currently seeking a Facilities engineer to join their team. As the facilities maintenance engineer, your role will be to maintain the building services, building fabric and all equipment in a cost-effective manner, ensuring compliance with all current national legislation. To maintain a safe environment for all staff, patients and visitors. You will undertake maintenance/testing of plant/equipment, ensuring compliance.
This role is commutable from Solihull, Royal Leamington Spa, Coventry and Birmingham, with close links to the M42.
The Role
- Working as part of the Engineering team you will be responsible for providing planned and preventative maintenance, as well as reactive maintenance for all equipment, grounds and fabric within the hospital.
- You will analyse faulty equipment through to onsite repairs and liaise closely with specialist contractors.
- You will be responsible for identifying and initiating action, either directly or via contractors, on all repairs required, in the event of a breakdown or defect.
- You will input relevant data following PPM actions into the planning record system to ensure accurate records are maintained.
- To carry out or coordinate any minor alterations (e.g. refurbishment, redecoration) to the building as and when required.
- Ensure stock levels of engineering items and consumables are kept at a satisfactory level.
The Candidate
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience within a building services or facilities maintenance position
Experience performing duties such as replacing or repairing electrical appliances or general plumbing or HVAC or water testing
- Must hold an apprenticeship or qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or building services equivalent
Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential - Be a great communicator with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work as part of a team and also independently to ensure tasks are completed.
- Flexibility to work our rota and fulfil the on-call requirements (1 in 4)

Position of: Lead Clinical Neuropsychologist
Location: City of London, Private Hospital
Salary: £87,000 per annum
Shifts: Monday – Friday, day-time hours.
Are you an experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist with a passion for delivering high-quality care to neurological patients? This Acute Rehabilitation Centre is seeking a dedicated individual to join the dynamic team in leading the team of 5 Clinical Psychologists. The team consists of a mixture of Band 8a/8b psychologists dedicated to delivering high standards of patient care within Inpatients and Outpatients setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize a Range of Psychological Assessment and Intervention Strategies:
Demonstrate proficiency in employing various psychological assessment and intervention strategies.
Integrate complex data from diverse sources to inform treatment plans.
Lead, Manage, and Deliver Neurorehabilitation and Neurosurgical Services:
Take a leadership role in managing and delivering neurorehabilitation and neurosurgical services.
Ensure the provision of high-quality care to all patients within the Rehabilitation Unit.
Serve as a Source of Expertise in Neurological Patient Management:
Act as a key expert on the management of neurological patients.
Provide support and advice to healthcare professionals within the service and the wider Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).
Contribute to Operational Service Planning:
Play an active role in operational service planning for the neuropsychology service.
Contribute insights to enhance the delivery of neuropsychological care.
Participate in Education and Training:
Provide education and training to neuropsychology assistants and other healthcare professionals.
Share expertise in the management of psychological disorders.
What We Need from You:
BPS Qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology (QiCN) or Equivalent (Desirable).
Post Qualification Training in Clinical Neuropsychology.
Training in Clinical Psychology to Doctoral Standard.
Current Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
Postgraduate Experience in Neuropsychology.
Experience in Specialist Neuropsychological Assessment and Treatment, Including Outpatients & Inpatient Settings.
Must have leadership experience and capable of supporting, developing and mentoring the team.
