The role will include managing appointments and telephone enquiries, processing home visit requests, dealing with emails and administrative tasks, supporting referrals and medical correspondence, and assisting with patient records and Subject Access Requests. Administration and Miscellaneous
4.1 Maintains accurate and up-to-date records as required in relation to the services provided to the Service User, including tasks undertaken, training given etc.
4.2 Attends and participates in staff meetings and team briefings so that team members may benefit from the experiences of others, and contribute to service development and improvement.
4.3 Reports accidents, near misses, unusual incidents etc in line with agreed and laid-down procedures.
