Training:Training will be with Swarm Training, a national provider of apprenticeships throughout the UK.
The successful candidate will work towards the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification. This apprenticeship will take 12-18 months to complete with assessments.
The apprentice is required to complete a minimum of 6 hours per week during working hours, working towards achieving the qualification. Create and schedule content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
Support writing blogs, articles, and other digital content for the website and online platforms
Assist in producing visual assets using Canva (and Photoshop/Illustrator if familiar)
Help plan, execute, and report on marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Support the coordination of events and webinars, including asset preparation and follow-up
Monitor digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform insights
Maintain website content and support ongoing optimisation projects
Support the design of branded materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional assets
Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making
Provide general administrative support to the wider marketing function, ensuring all content aligns with the brand voice and visual identity

You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will undertake a variety of marketing and administrative tasks
Running marketing campaigns to promote our services to new and existing customers using email software, the company website & social media
Maintaining and adding enquiries and learners’ records to the customer database and follow-up
Creating and updating website content- news articles, new products, videos, twitter feed, generating followers, getting content onto social media, SEO, website updates, new images
Organising aspects of trade shows, literature design and samples in line with active sales campaigns
Monitoring E-commerce website and improve or notify any issues
Develop the digital marketing activities - email, social, blogs, graphic designs, ads, keyword ranking and google analytics
Respond to all first-line inquiries by telephone, face to face and social media messages and convert enquiries into enrolments
Approaching local business and organisations to look for business opportunities
Planning marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve monthly enrolment targets
Day to day admin and sales duties
Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation
At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Assist with day-to-day and ad hoc social media activity (LinkedIn and Instagram)

As a Data and Analytics Apprentice, you will be the "precision" in our digital marketing. You’ll support our senior team by interrogating datasets, spotting trends, and helping us tell the story of why a campaign worked. You are methodical, curious, and brave enough to ask "why?" What will you be responsible for?
As part of your Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship, you will balance hands-on agency work with your studies, taking responsibility for:
● Data Hygiene: Acting as the junior guardian of our data. You’ll ensure the numbers we use for reporting are clean, verified, and accurate
● Campaign Support: Assisting account teams by pulling data that helps shape client strategy
● Insight Assistance: Learning how to bridge the gap between technical GA4 numbers and commercial reality
● Reporting Rigour: Helping to maintain the high standard of "error-free" reporting that addmustard is known for
What might that look like day-to-day?
