The Role
We are looking for Retail Merchandising Team Driver’s (driver with own vehicle) to add to our already successful merchandising team.
This role will require you to carry out the merchandising role as well as oversee the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from each shift.
A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday
Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management
You will be required to carry out the following:
Removing and replacing stock with the use of client plans and systems
Adjusting shelf heights
Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor, with use of roll cages and pallet trucks.
Stock replenishment.
Key Skills/ Experience Required
This role will involve working unsociable hours including night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 21 years.
This role requires you to have a Full Driving License
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required.
Previous experience in retail desirable, although training will be provided.

Job Summary
Under general supervision, the National Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue within assigned accounts and through specified programs. Assigned accounts to include, but not limited to, COIT, Servpro (liaison for cleaning products), ServiceMaster (liaison for cleaning products), One Way Property Restoration, and Jon-Don. Also, management of the Private Label Chemical Program including hiring/managing Manufacturing Rep firms, product management of private label offering and sourcing new revenue streams through Toll Manufacturing opportunities including managing opportunities with Rust-Oleum.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region. It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. The foreman also ensures that all technicians complete the Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor. Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects. WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly. Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently. Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor. Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site. These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased. Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Quality Control Specialist educates WTI personnel on the proper use and application of products, providing installation training both on and off the roof. They oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting intermittent inspections and performing post-completion inspections of smaller projects. The QCS will conduct regular job site visits during the project and after project completion. The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-cons on large projects. Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work. Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice. Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list. Perform final inspections when needed. Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Peel tests Product testing Product recommendations Proper product installations Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation. Conduct roof inspections, providing written reports and photo documentation. Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure all safety requirements are met and consult with the safety team as needed. Review and train on large warranty adjustment projects over ten (10) man days. Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team. Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable. Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested. Support the region as needed when weather conditions prevent the fulfillment of daily job responsibilities. Facilitate training in a classroom setting. All other Quality Control Inspection-related tasks or training as assigned by the manager. Travel predominantly within the assigned territory and nationally as needed, and complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of roofing, roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience. Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal. Working knowledge of roof coating systems.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude. Prior experience in a field service leadership role. Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learning the necessary internal business systems) In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of the applications of products. Intimate knowledge of our product line. This position is an autonomous role and requires self-motivation to manage a high level of independence. Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
