The Role We are looking for Retail Merchandising Team Driver’s (driver with own vehicle) to add to our already successful merchandising team. A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability. Strategically dispose of non-operational land, securing the best terms available.Oversee Property Management: Efficiently manage property-related issues and contracts, including lease renewals, valuations, covenants, clawbacks, external consultants, and litigation.Support Team Objectives: Contribute to the team’s goals by reviewing sites and providing timely advice to the Principal and other department members.Day-to-Day Management: Conduct daily property management tasks in accordance with the Authority’s procedures and systems.We don’t expect candidates to meet every single desired qualification.
