The Role
We are looking for Retail stock counters to add to our already successful team.
Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Typical working week will consist of 3-4 x 8-12hr shifts
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.

Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

Pharmacy Stock Assistant/Driver
Location: Poole

We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual able to work 5 days a week, within a small stock count team, counting our Pharmacy Clients.
In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals. Please note all training is provided upon your first shift. Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

Applicants are expected to:
Be able to work 5 out of 7 days including weekends.

Be flexible and willing to work on a casual work basis.
Be committed to showing interest in work and carrying out shifts.
Driving license
Please note all work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock, therefore you will be bending and stretching to reach stock throughout your shift and at times may possibly be outdoors. This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years. We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual able to work 5 days a week, within a small stock count team, counting our Pharmacy Clients.
In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals. Please note all training is provided upon your first shift. Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

We are looking for a Credit Analyst to support the Tremco Roofing & Building Maintenance division. This is intended to be a hybrid position, in which the individual would work both remotely as well as onsite at our Beachwood, OH location.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Provide a superior level of credit and collection expertise within clear and concise guidelines. Responsible for the collection of A/R and credit review of orders. Must display a high degree of tact, professionalism and cooperation with customers, management, sales force and internal personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish credit lines for new and existing accounts Credit release all orders within company policy Collection of all receivables for a specific geographic area Develop payment plans for all past due accounts Assist regional managers in controlling receivables to meet the standards of the division Assess problem accounts and make recommendations Analysis and interpretation of financial statements Prepare monthly receivable commentaries and various reports Maintain knowledge of all bonding and lien laws in assigned states Identify discrepancies in a timely manner
EDUCATION:
Associates degree, BS/BA degree preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Credit and/or customer service background with 1-2 years of credit experience
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must understand state laws, tax laws, timing requirements and types of financial securities Knowledge or understanding of financial statements, perform ratio analysis of customers' financial statements Knowledge of credit/accounting principles, practices, procedures on automated systems Knowledge of SAP and GETPAID a plus
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have the ability to assess problem accounts and make recommendations Ability to determine eligibility for materials release to an account who is not financially able to handle the purchase Must exercise good sound business decisions that would not result in a monetary loss to Tremco CPG Inc High degree of flexibility requiring excellent customer service skill and orientation Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $63,000. Early Years:
Interacts with children, using appropriate language and open body language
Provides a friendly, caring and relaxing environment in-order to encourage confidence, independence and help children to learn
Assists in maintaining a safe, clean and tidy nursery, ensures daily routines are adhered to
Assist in the completion of key person children’s development records where required

As post-holder, you will be responsible to the Learning Support Co-ordinator or SEND Lead for the following:
To use relevant professional feedback and input from students and their families to write and implement high-quality Additional Learning Support (ALS) Plans for an agreed caseload of students
To provide regular support for an identified caseload of students, either 1:1 or in small groups to enable them to overcome barriers to learning
To support students to participate in all aspects of college activity and to develop their study skills and strategies for independent learning
To provide personal care/medical support as required for individual students with care plans
To work closely with the relevant SEND Lead to ensure the most effective assistive technology and digital resources are available for the student both in and out of the classroom
To collaborate and work closely with teaching staff to adapt and differentiate learning materials to meet individual student needs
To provide and maintain records of support provision and outcomes for each supported student on the college tracking system; to enable effective monitoring and evaluation of the provision
To assist as required in attending student Annual Reviews
To liaise effectively with parents/carers and external agencies as needed
To assist as required in providing support for public exams and formal assessments

Reception Duties:
Providing a professional and welcoming reception service for pupils, parents, visitors and external agencies
Answering telephone calls, responding to enquiries and accurately passing messages to the appropriate staff members
Greeting visitors, ensuring they are signed in and comply with the school’s safeguarding and visitor procedures
Supporting pupils with enquiries and assisting with day-to-day needs in a caring and professional manner
Receiving deliveries and ensuring items are passed to the relevant staff members
Assisting parents with school systems, including Arbor and Free School Meal voucher processes
Handling incoming and outgoing post and correspondence
Contacting parents regarding pupil-related matters when required
Administration Duties:
Providing general administrative support including photocopying, filing, printing, laminating and preparing documents
Maintaining accurate pupil records and updating information on the school’s Management Information System (Arbor)
Supporting attendance administration and working closely with the Attendance Team
Building positive relationships with parents and carers to support effective communication
Updating student records, processing information requests and liaising with central Trust teams
