Reporting into senior Technology leadership, you will work closely with Product Owners, Technology Leads and business stakeholders to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and improve delivery flow, velocity and transparency across a complex, regulated environment.
Skills / Experience:
Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks

Embed Agile working practices across the firm, in partnership with senior Technology and Business leaders
Coach and support Technology and Business stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum roles and ceremonies
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
Partner with Product Owners to support effective backlog management, refinement and prioritisation
Identify, track and actively remove impediments affecting team delivery and performance
Promote transparency through clear reporting on delivery progress, risks, dependencies and team metrics
Support capacity planning and resourcing discussions with Technology and Business leads
Champion continuous improvement, facilitating retrospectives and driving agreed actions to completion
Own the configuration and management of Agile tooling (e.g. JIRA) supporting delivery teams
Stay connected to the external Agile community, sharing emerging practices with internal stakeholders

This role will focus primarily on a flagship range of multi-asset portfolios, which have consistently delivered top-quartile performance.

Essential Skills/Experience:
A minimum of 5-7years' front-office investment experience involving active investment decision-making and risk-taking
Experience within a multi-asset investment environment, or asset-class-specific experience gained within an institutional investment framework, ideally you will have worked in a firm that has a multi-asset track record
Strong understanding of strategic and tactical asset allocation
Proven portfolio construction and risk management capabilities
Experience generating and implementing investment ideas
Strong macroeconomic, market and analytical research skills
Experience contributing to investment committees or formal governance structures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skills/Experience
Track record of two years or more implementing information security practices within an organisation.
Good background in information management, with clear understanding of the challenges of information and IT security.
An excellent knowledge of relevant information security standards and practices.
Solid technical knowledge and experience of security technologies (e.g. endpoint protection, mobile security, data protection, cloud security) and cyber security capabilities (SIEM, SOC, CERT, vulnerability management, threat intelligence).
Strong knowledge of the main information security standards and frameworks (in particular ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus).
A good understanding of, and experience in, implementing information security within cloud-based environments.
Experience and skills in the project management of corporate information security projects.
Demonstrated leadership abilities that energise multi-discipline work teams to respond to business needs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain information security in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding across the organisation.
Qualifications
Industry certifications in information security.
Degree in Information Systems, information security or a closely related subject.
Certifications in information security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, ISO 22301) would be a plus.
