Role Overview
A leading construction engineering company seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer for a short-term contract with a focus on planning and executing migration strategies across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. This is a hands-on technical role requiring a proactive individual with strong migration experience and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage office and site infrastructure, aligning with business and IT strategy
Act as a final escalation point for the Service Desk Team
Planning and executing migration strategies across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
Coordinate with third-party MSPs for network and infrastructure management
Support business continuity through proactive incident management
Monitor network health and performance, ensuring high availability and resilience
Maintain inventory and configuration records for infrastructure and software
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Required skillset.
Proven expertise in O365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
Strong working knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD
PowerShell scripting for automation
Exposure to hybrid Exchange environments
Routing & Switching experience – CCNA certification highly desirable
Understanding of network infrastructure and firewall configurations
Office based (4 days per week initially) – Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Communication: Prepare fee estimates via Perfect Portal, open files using Mattersphere, send terms and conditions, carry out ID and AML checks, and maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, sales negotiators, and mortgage brokers
Case Administration: Draft attendance notes, update case management systems and Excel trackers, handle general client care, and manage incoming/outgoing post (may include occasional driving - mileage paid)
Conveyancing Support: Assist with residential and commercial transactions, including contract preparation, raising enquiries, ordering searches, obtaining indemnity policies, and handling new build and first homes scheme processes
Mortgage & Lender Liaison: Review mortgage instructions, request funds, submit COTs, refer Disclosure of Incentives Forms, and manage ISA/LISA bonuses
Exchange & Completion: Arrange signing of documents, prepare exchange letters, request redemption statements, produce completion statements and bills, liaise with accounts for payments, and prepare/post completion packs
Post-Completion Work: Submit SDLT forms and AP1s, respond to Land Registry requisitions, handle leasehold/management documents, update lenders and portals, and manage all final registration steps
Software Used: Mattersphere, Perfect Portal, LMS, Lender Exchange, MS Office, and Excel
Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative and paralegal support to a busy Property Department.
To work in accordance with the Office Manual and to act at all times in an appropriate manner as an employee of a professional practice.
Key Responsibilities
Providing conveyancing quotes
Opening new files
Dealing with client enquiries and queries over the telephone and in person, and providing updates to clients and estate agents
Keep up to date with prospective clients
Setting up files for completion
To progress files through to post-completion, file closing and progressing to archive
Undertaking dictation
Obtaining correct documentation for Anti Money Laundering purposes
Updating LMS and Lender Exchange
Submitting registrations and dealing with requisitions
Work within the framework of CQS
Scanning post and allocating to fee earners electronically and onto physical files
Dealing with client and office ledgers
To undertake general administration tasks
To attend Property Department meetings and Firm wide meetings

Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience working within a Residential Conveyancing department

Join TUI as a Network Operations Apprentice and play a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and on-time operation of our airline. Based in the TUI Operations Control Centre (TOCC) in Luton, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Operations, Customer Support, and Operational Planning while completing a Level 3 Aviation Ground Specialist over 18 months. About the Job
Operations Support
Gain knowledge and skills to support 24/7 Operations Control Centre activities.
Maintain accurate communication with key stakeholders (Ground Handling Agents, GOC, Customer Teams).
Monitor the daily flying programme, including aircraft movements and delays.
Provide operational support to ensure compliance with statutory, company, and commercial requirements.
Record key “on-the-day” operational information.
Customer Support
Draft and send customer communications during network disruption, following tone of voice guidelines.
Liaise with stakeholders to minimise customer impact from programme changes.
Ensure customers receive welfare provisions (vouchers, hotels, transport) per TUI policy.
Monitor flight status and communicate delays accurately.
Resolve “on-the-day” operational issues and maintain accurate welfare spend logs.
Planning Support
Assist Operational Planning Team across Performance & Analysis, Fleet Planning, Licencing, and Leasing.
Collect data for safety investigations and flight delay evidence packs.
Support departmental quality systems to maintain compliance with processes and procedures.

? Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

? Proven experience of at least 5 years handling residential conveyancing caseloads independently.
? Strong knowledge of residential property law and Land Registry procedures.
? Proficient in case management systems (e.g., LEAP) and Microsoft Office.
? Familiar with the full conveyancing process and the roles of support teams like accounts and post-completion.
? Skilled in managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines efficiently.
