The Role:
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will manage and expand a portfolio of commercial accounts, leveraging your negotiation skills and customer-focused approach.
Duties:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial accounts.
* Conduct face-to-face client meetings to assess and meet their insurance needs.
* Handle the full 360-degree cycle: prospect, win business, manage and upsell to clients.

Evidence of working for a recognised provider of probation services in the last 5 years.

Experience of writing detailed reports to strict deadlines and quality standards, including Court reports including completion of the RSR tool, and parole reports.
Experience of using and maintaining Probation Service computer based systems to produce, update and maintain records and other documentation within agreed timescales – NDelius and OASys.

Holt Engineering is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join an exciting business in Verwood. They offer a friendly working environment within a team that regularly likes to organise company events.
For the successful candidate as Warehouse Operative your duties will include:
- Picking from pick lists
- Packing products ready for despatch
- Goods in/ out
- Palletizing goods
- Using forklift if a current licence is held
To be successful in the Warehouse Operative role you must:
- Have good attention to detail
- Previous experience within a warehouse or stock environment
This will be working a day shift paying £11.00ph
