Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with Data Protection Compliance:Support in ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.Support senior management by contributing to the development of policies and guidance to ensure the organisation complies with its statutory and regulatory information governance (IG) and data protection responsibilities.Assist in conducting data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and identifying potential risks.
Data Handling and Management:Aid in the classification, handling, and management of data in accordance with organisational policies.Support the monitoring and auditing of data practices to ensure compliance.Undertake routine and ad-hoc data protection audits and testing controls for both internal functions and third-party suppliers, producing audit reports for senior managers.
Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver inhouse information governance (IG) and data protection training and awareness packages for all internal stakeholders such as Operations, IT, legal, HR, marketing, senior management, and the board of directors.Assist in the development and delivery of data protection training and awareness programs for staff.
Incident Management:Support the management and investigation of data protection incidents and breaches.Investigate reported personal data breaches, providing advice and guidance to the organisation and determining the need to escalate as appropriate to the Supervisory Authority.
Documentation and Record-keeping:Coordinate and support the organisation’s formal and documented record of processing activities in line with legislation, regulation, and good practice.
Stakeholder Engagement:Work with internal stakeholders to review and maintain retention schedules, providing specialist support, advice, and guidance to ensure appropriate disposal of data in compliance with legislation, regulation, and good practice.Provide day-to-day support and specialist advice across the organisation for all matters regarding IG such as compliance with data protection principles.Provide support for the completion and submission of industry or regulatory toolkits and control frameworks or standards.
Performance and Improvement:Analyse data and present outcomes to key stakeholders on key risks, trends, and performance indicators such as training, information requests, data breaches, and records management.Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes to ensure procedures, policies, and guidance are updated in line with technology advancements, legislative and social changes.
Information Requests:Manage, coordinate, and respond to information requests, where appropriate, such as Freedom of Information (FOI), Individual Rights (IR), Environmental Information Regulation (EIR), and Data Protection within statutory deadlines.Training Outcome:

Responsibilities Lead EPC contract negotiations with subcontractors and select suppliers, ensuring favourable T&C for solar PV and Battery Storage projects. Job Description:
Drive all phases of the MRO sales process for assigned account(s) and with a strong focus on end users of the Legend Brands products, including Dri-Eaz and other industry leading brands. Responsible for field sales contributing to business building via end user engagement including contact generation, needs identification, sales calls/presentations, as overall account management. Will also be required to work with distribution partners in the field, as well as handling inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and products. Responsible for executing business strategies that will continue to expand our end user client base and increase the company's market share. Also, create and implement objectives that will delight our customers and end users to ensure a sustained partnership is built.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with particular emphasis on listening to end user and customer needs. Ability to gather and assess information/data to build the best solution for end users and customers. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Persuasive, yet unobtrusive manner. Must be willing and comfortable with hybrid working - traveling/meeting end users on site, face to face and ability to use remote application such as video conferencing, as needed. High-level skills with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and CRM systems (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce.com etc.). Preference given to candidates who have experience selling to end users and partnering with regional and national distributors (i.e. Grainger, HD Supply)
Qualifications:

Hiring Range:
Between $81,000 - $95,000/annually - position is commission eligible

As an Apprentice Mobile Engineer at Mitie, you'll be at the heart of it all - making a real impact from day one. Mobile Engineers are multi-skilled problem solvers who travel between client sites, responding to maintenance and repair needs. Our clients span a variety of industries, including commercial offices, healthcare facilities, retail sites, and educational institutions. No two days are the same; one moment you could be carrying out a routine inspection, and the next, troubleshooting an urgent breakdown.
Here's a glimpse of what your journey could include:
Developing core skills and knowledge to conduct routine maintenance tasks, and minor planned and responsive repair works
Use a broad range of fundamental trade skills including carpentry, joinery, plumbing, plastering, brick and block work, external works and associated finishing trades including tiling, painting, and decorating
Collaborating with your experienced mentor to gain hands-on experience
Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards, making safety and sustainability a priority in every task
Training:
As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 qualification which normally runs for 18 months
You will be fully supported by our partnered training provider, GLP Training, to achieve this qualification by having 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of experts on hand for advice
As part of your training, you will attend GLP Training Centre's in Worcester every 3 months for 2-3 days. All travel expenses and accommodation will be covered for you to attend this training
Our dedicated Apprenticeship Team will support you every step of the way, helping you make the most of your opportunities and to achieve the goals you already have – and those you have yet to discover!

As a Business Travel Consultant Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing an efficient, pro-active and cost-effective service to corporate clients.
The role will include:
Handle incoming enquiries by telephone, e-mail or online in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
Select the most appropriate travel solutions for our customers.
Gain a good working knowledge of UK rail information and ticketing systems to provide an informative and professional service to customers.
Promote other travel related services such as car rental, hotels, overseas rail, passport and visas, chauffeur drive and any other ad-hoc requirements.
Ensure that all reservations made are correctly. This ensures that other consultants along with our 24 hour emergency supplier can retrieve a booking and have a full knowledge of the history and fares quoted.
Gain confidence in using new tools introduced by Good Travel.
Gain a full understanding of the Travcom accounting system used by Good Travel, and to ensure that invoices and credits are raised accurately and promptly.
Ability to demonstrate costs savings for clients through the capture of data in the booking process for use in the Management Information Reports.
Gain a full understanding of the cost implications of booking methods and to ensure that the most cost effective solutions are utilised.

Training:Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship Standard.
Training schedule has yet to be agreed. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. Details will be made available at a later date. Working with our engineers to learn design principles and apply them to develop designs from briefing information relayed from our clients on various live projects
Communication and coordination with other design team disciplines outside the office, such as architects and structural engineers. This will include attending design team meetings
Attending site visits for building surveys and construction site inspections alongside our engineers
Learning and utilising engineering design tools, from basic calculations to computerised modelling software
Preparing design deliverables which include design and survey reports, drawings and specifications
Utilise digital design tools and packages to develop drawings and models in 2D and 3D
Develop and utilise best-practice, sustainable principles, digital skills and working knowledge of industry legislation and guidance throughout your learning and experience
Training:You will spend one day a week at the London South Bank University on the Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Building Services Design Engineering. The duration for this apprenticeship is 5 years plus 1 year to complete the End Point Assessment (EPA) via CIBSE.Training Outcome:We will continue to support you on your professional path from Incorporated Engineer to Chartered Engineer with the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and developing yourself and others as you grow into your career. One of our engineers will be formally assigned to support you in achieving the necessary engineering and management competencies required as part of the chartership programme.
