The Role: A Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to oversee critical packages on a large-scale data centre project in Tankersley. This is a freelance role paying £300+ per day, ideal for someone with a strong electrical background and good understanding of mechanical systems, particularly cooling installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage electrical trades and oversee all MEP installation on site
Coordinate with subcontractors and drive works to meet programme milestones
Oversee installation of mechanical elements such as CRAC/AHU cooling units
Ensure HSEQ standards are upheld across all MEP activities
Conduct site inspections, manage permits and drawings, and report progress
