About the role: You do not need any previous experience or qualifications for this role, however, if you have previous experience as a Domestic Assistant in the care industry, this is an added advantage.
You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene in all shared spaced and storage areas.The provision of the highest standards of care to the residents and to maintain the National Care Standards.To clean and tidy the resident’s rooms according to any planned schedules.To support the care staff in their endeavours to provide a non-institutional lifestyle for the residents and to sometimes participate in activities with the residents.To liaise closely with the chef, when any staff shortages exist in the kitchen.To report any illnesses noticed in the residents or significant changes or other concerns to the Care Team Manager as soon as possible. Training and development continues throughout your career with the Royal Navy. It takes place in two distinct environments: at onshore training facilities and on-board operational submarines. When you join you complete 10 weeks of basic naval training, followed by 27 weeks of role-specific training, focussing on:

After successfully completing your professional training, you will stay another four months at HMS Raleigh in the Submarine School.
