The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance. Responsibilities include: General blend of building and light industrial maintenance. Building maintenance including painting, landscaping, janitorial, and other handyman type duties. Basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and installations. Perform routine PM's and repairs on industrial equipment and facility infrastructure; maintain accurate records. Conduct minor welding tasks (MIG/Flux) as needed. Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure equipment uptime and safety Help out other departments as needed. Qualifications 1-5 years of maintenance or handy-man type experience, industrial maintenance or related field preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and welding Reading and interpretating schematics and blueprints Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word. SAP/ERP a plus. Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. on a regular basis and occasionally move up to 100 lbs.
