Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting a Senior Conveyancer with residential property matters from start to finish
- Drafting contracts, ordering searches, and preparing completion packs

- Managing administrative duties and progressing transactions
- Potential to run a small caseload if experienced, or grow into that responsibility over time
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years experience in a residential conveyancing or Property role
- Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and within a small team
- Previous experience managing a caseload is beneficial but not essential
