The Role
We are looking for Retail stock counters to add to our already successful team.
Work will be carried out on different Retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. All travel is provided on the minibus.
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Typical working week will consist of 3-4 x 8-12hr shifts
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.

As a Warehouse Operative Apprentice, you will assist in the smooth running of warehouse operations, learning key skills and gaining valuable hands-on experience while working towards your Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative qualification. You will play role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods as well as manufacturing cylinders and cutting keys to complex master key suites. Key Responsibilities:
Receiving Goods: Unloading deliveries, checking items for accuracy, and storing them in designated locations.
Picking & Packing: Accurately picking stock and preparing it for dispatch including separating goods into door sets and ensuring combination of items will function once installed and comply with the regulatory framework.
Safety & Maintenance: Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Customer Orders: Supporting the preparation and dispatch of customer orders to ensure timely delivery.

Retail & Asset Solutions are currently seeking motivated, professional and flexible individuals to complete stock counts for well-known retailers, on a casual contract-basis across the UK. As an Independent Retail Stocktaker, you will be required to drive independently to each shift.
The Role
We are looking for Retail stocktaker/car share driver to add to our already successful team as part of a car share team.
Work will be carried out on different Retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Sunday to Thursday
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
You must have a full Driving License or be able to make your own way to and from sites using public transport.
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

Proficient in planning, coordinating work, and motivating individuals or groups to change behaviour.
Knowledgeable about equal opportunities, diversity, and good practice principles.
Understanding of factors contributing to offending (e.g., substance misuse, accommodation) and the ability to empathise constructively.
Familiar with case management principles, risk assessment, and their impact on victims.
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and the Criminal Justice System, including the Probation Service’s aims and objectives.
