Retail Team Leader
Salary: Up to £33,480 (£29,000-£30,000 plus £290 per month car allowance)
Location: Southampton
As a Retail Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client’s sites. We require flexible availability, as the shift lengths may vary and you will be travelling to a different client site each day. You may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.

No two days are the same; one moment you could be carrying out a routine inspection, and the next, troubleshooting an urgent breakdown. Here's a glimpse of what your journey could include:
Developing core skills and knowledge to conduct routine maintenance tasks, and minor planned and responsive repair works.
Use a broad range of fundamental trade skills including carpentry, joinery, plumbing, plastering, brick and block work, external works and associated finishing trades including tiling, painting, and decorating.
Collaborating with your experienced mentor to gain hands-on experience.
Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards, making safety and sustainability a priority in every task.
Training:As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 qualification which normally runs for 18 months. You will be fully supported by our partnered training provider, GLP Training, to achieve this qualification by having 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of experts on hand for advice. As part of your training, you will attend GLP Training Centre's in Worcester every 3 months for 2-3 days. All travel expenses and accommodation will be covered for you to attend this training.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Hertfordshire
Rate: £450+ per day (Outside IR35)
Company Overview:
We have just been instructed to source an experienced Project Manager for a client who is a leading company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of large structures for the construction industry. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, bespoke solutions, they are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be managing approximately 15 projects at any given time, with values ranging from £5,000 to £3 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple construction-related projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and on-site activities.
- Report on project progress, costs, and key milestones to senior management.
- Responsible for site tasks, including issuing permits and conducting risk assessments.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within the construction or structural engineering industry.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity and value.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and contracts.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with teams.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A valid CSCS card is required.
