Applications are invited from commited and experienced Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals or Social Workers to join the Severe & Profound Adult Learning Disabilities Residential Home team as Band 6 Deputy Manager within the Adult Learning Disabilites Service on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.This Home provides support to service users with severe and profound learning disabilities, complex physical and sensory disabilities, and behaviour that challenge within a community setting, including those who require 24 hour care.As Deputy Manager, in supporting the Service Manager you will:- undertake the assessment of service users with complex needs.- guide, advise and direct other staff in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care received by service users.- contribute to the recruitment and retention of team members- undertake the professional development review process with identified team members.
