Reduce manual testing time by a measurable percentage, freeing capacity for exploratory and acceptance testing. Build strong relationships with Development, DevOps, and Product teams, ensuring testing requirements and processes are well understood and integrated into the development lifecycle. Establish regular feedback loops to continuously refine testing strategies based on stakeholder input. Define and track key testing metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect detection rate, mean time to resolution), making data-driven decisions to improve overall quality. Implement a reporting mechanism to provide real-time visibility into testing progress and outcomes. Achieve a high level of defect detection accuracy, reducing the likelihood of production issues. Ensure releases are consistently delivered on time with fewer critical issues, leading to increased stakeholder confidence in the product. Regularly evaluate and update testing practices, tools, and documentation to align with best practices and emerging industry standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to propose and adopt new ideas to drive efficiency and quality. Lead the design and deployment of automated regression testing solutions suggesting and using tools such as Selenium, in partnership with Development and DevOps teams.
