Our client, a well-established professional services organisation, is seeking an Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator to support the delivery of graduate, internship and apprenticeship recruitment programmes in Newcastle.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the end-to-end early careers recruitment process, supporting attraction activities, coordinating selection processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners, the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting early talent initiatives within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders across teams and seniority levels.
A proactive and inquisitive approach, with an interest in improving processes and operational efficiency.
1–2 years’ recruitment administration experience within a corporate environment.
Experience supporting early careers recruitment would be advantageous.
Minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with strong A-level results.
Core Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end early careers recruitment process across graduate, internship and apprenticeship programmes.
Assist in delivering attraction and outreach activities, engaging with schools, colleges, universities and training providers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track applications using the organisation’s applicant tracking system, producing reports where required.
Coordinate assessment centres, interviews and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Support campus engagement and careers events to strengthen the organisation’s presence among early career talent.
Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment partners to support hiring activities.
Provide administrative and logistical support for early careers programmes, including scheduling, induction activities and documentation management.
Gather feedback from candidates and stakeholders to support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Interface with various teams to support material status. Pulls production data for the next 24 hours for discussion at the daily production meeting. Reviews production schedule, low inventory report, critical inventory report, desired production levels and staffing. Resolves production planning issues. Prepares various reports. Revises schedules as needed to accommodate changes in execution.

Plans annual physical inventory activities and other special projects as necessary.

We are looking for a Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.
About the team
The team are responsible for the first point of intervention for service users and their respective carers following a referral. Completing short-term assessments managing cases under CPA, developing co-produced care plans with service users are some of the key responsibilities in this team. The team works cohesively with the longer-term teams to make sure each case that needs to be escalated is effectively managed. The team works hard to support not only the service users to improve their independence where possible – but also their careers and families to ensure the wider support network is effective.
About you
The ideal Social Worker will be able to manage time effectively to prioritise their workload as well as have good interpersonal skills. Experience working with adults with psychosis and the ability to able to engage with service users from diverse backgrounds is key to the success of the role. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years’ experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.

This position oversees daily activities on the shipping docks, including assigning and monitoring tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
The shift schedule is 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Appointment creation and verification, shipment closing, and trailer check-in and checkout processes
Act as liaison with carriers and drivers to coordinate outbound shipments from the DAP Baltimore Distribution Center
Assists Shipping Supervisor during periods of increased customer requirements (such as exports, stickering, and UPS processing)
Ensures all shipments are processed by customer specifications, complete, accurate, and free of damage
Requirements:
Coordinate the movement of trailers into and out of the facility's docks
Perform daily shipment audits to ensure all shipments are accurately picked and staged according to scheduled appointment times
Execute all required electronic transactions, including shipment check-in/check-out, assigning tasks, verifying that each shipment includes the required BOL and meets all customer specifications, creating and completing appointments, and proactively identifying and resolving shipment discrepancies
Ensure that all orders are shipped in accordance with established policies, procedures, and customer requirements, including complete and proper wrapping, paperwork, and loading
Work in a safe manner through compliance with all DC, departmental, and OSHA policies and procedures
Support day-to-day activities of the Distribution Center by performing alternative duties such as loading orders, assisting floor and forklift personnel, stickering cases, running paperwork for pulled orders, running labels, maintaining sufficient departmental supplies, driving forklift, UPS machine and assisting with other-departmental functions as deemed necessary to satisfy internal and external customer needs
Pay Rate:
$23.00/hr - $26.00/hr
