My client is a very know brand in the power generation industry and after recently winning a large package of works are looking for a number of people to complete their works on site in North Wales, one of those positions os they are looking for a HSE advisor to be based on site and to oversee all of the works to ensure comp;liance and to promote good practice across the project
THE ROLE OF HSE ADVISOR
- Management of the implementation of the Health & Safety and environmental management system on the project
- Advising all onsite project staff of any HSE best practice as and when needed
- Complete toolbox meetings with all on site staff
- Coordination of HS&E updates towards project and site leadership teams as well as liaising with other locations
- Working closely with the site manager to ensure the H&S and Environmental plan and regulations are adhered to
- Be a champion for health and safety and working in a safe and compliant manner
- Preparing and issuing H&S NCRs on site if needed to internal staff as well as subcontractors
THE RIGHT HSE ADVISOR
- A proven track record in a similar role overseeing infrastructure projects
- A qualified HSE Advisor with NEBOSH/ IOSH qualifications
- Additional certifications to work on construction sites, ECS cards, CSCS etc etc
- An experts understanding of current Health and Safety Legislation and the application of the regulations in a construction environment
- A good understanding of ISO 14001, 9001 and 18001

HGV Yard Person. HuddersfieldA Specialist Vehicle Modification business requires an someone to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The company operates in clean modern facility and are leading players in their sector.
Due to company expansion, they require an organised individual , that will be responsible for all incoming deliveries of HGV Chassis that are brought to site.
