Opticians Practice Manager - Role
Family oriented independent Opticians with a very loyal patient base
Single testing with a focus on quality rather than volume
Offers personalised services to all patients
Managing a team of around 4-5 people in total
Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Manage the team to achieve high levels of sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Maintain up to date knowledge of our products to recommend the best solution.
Ensure store stock is displayed effectively, hygienically and products and equipment are secured according to Company guidelines
Accurately operate the POS system and accounts for all transactions (cash, credit, returns)
Perform work accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume, whilst maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
Identify situations involving unsatisfied customers and act quickly for resolution, keeping notes to convey effective handovers between staff.
Assists the customer in selecting frames and lenses that are best suited for their lifestyle and prescription needs.
Being proactive in keeping up to date with operational standards and training modules to further their knowledge.
Assist with contact lenses and dispensing glasses.
Working 5 from Monday to Friday
Practice opening times from 8.30am to 5pm
Salary between £26,000 to £30,000 DOE

Selling a range of Medical products which includes VTE prophylaxis, safety needles & accessories, enteral feeding, warranty & after sales, vascular access, infection prevention & control, dialysis, thermometry, electrocardiography & medical consumables
Selling mostly into paediatrics & adult intensive care
Provide procedural and product expertise to targeted customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) through field travel, meeting attendance, educational seminars, and/or case observations.
Attain required objectives designed to increase fiscal revenue, market share and profitability.
To actively gather market intelligence on their own and competitor portfolio/activities.
Develop procedural knowledge and expertise.

You will become an expert in all therapy areas with key focus on infusion pumps, vascular access, safety software & pain management portfolio (Bag to vein and everything in-between).
Educating customers around the different uses of their medical devices and associated consumables
Selling to NHS, Procurement, Infection Control, EBME Departments, Head of Departments & Clinical Leads
Account management approach to evaluate where the business can be grown within existing accounts.
Educate customers around the product portfolio to upsell, and cross-sell to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with the Internal Clinical nursing team & Technical Integration team to identify training needs to maximize customer experience and develop relationships in established accounts.

The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager
Ideally infusion pumps sales (Infusion Therapy, IV Systems, IV Consumables & IV Solutions).
A high level of knowledge in all infusion therapy areas is required to be able to educate their customers on the different uses of the devices and consumable portfolio.
Knowledge of health issues related to Infusion portfolio need and use.
Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology; with some knowledge of clinical disease states.
Sales experience in delivering a systems solution incorporating hardware, dedicated, non-dedicated consumables.
Consistent expert knowledge of health issues related to surgery and anaesthesia.
Ability to analyse and interpret commercial data.
Must have 'can do' attitude, be a team player and autonomous to hit the ground running.

As Customer Service Manager you will be joining a family owned and run beautiful rural estate. The estate receives many visitors a year and hosts a wide range programme of events and activities including festivals, weddings, events, children’s events and private parties. The role is full time and permanent working on site in Henley-on-Thames offering a salary of £30,000. This is a customer facing, hands on role where you will be dealing with families visiting the many activities on the estate.
Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all the visitor services on the estate. The role is seasonal and, as such, the expectation to work longer hours over peak times such as Easter and Summer holidays, with the expectation to work a six day week, and off peak when the estate is open Saturday and Sunday, a five day working week including weekends, having two days off in the week.
Key Responsibilities and for the Customer Service Manager:
Customer facing lead for day to day site operations
Initial point of contact for issues arising throughout the day, escalating where applicable
Maintain high standards of service in all operation and retail areas
