As a training company we provide a range of different solutions, utilizing and working with a number of awarding bodies. Each awarding body has their own paperwork, requirements, cards, certificates, audits etc.
Every week we will have a variety of courses on, to be delivered by the numerous instructors we use, and we require someone to help with the administration of this key business function.
Preparing the paperwork for the specific courses that we are delivering, looking for ways to streamline the process. (For example, we recently created an application to automatically overlay data onto the PDF Documentation and print them for one of our accreditations)

The Commercial Department forms a key part of the Business Partner team within What's Possible Group (WPG), overseeing all commercial and contractual arrangements and documentation involving clients, partners, and external third parties.

From reviewing standard terms (with manager overview and teaching), drafting documents from templates, sending them via Docusign, chasing and filing.
