Responsibilities:
As a Battery Test Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Utilizing Vector & CanAnalyzer for communication with battery pack & associated assemblies.
Creating dashboards for the Operations team to interpret battery communication data easily.
Developing in-line and end-of-line battery verification processes & procedures.
Creating and verifying test scripts for module/battery pack cycling using NHR's & AV900/lynx.
Developing leak test processes/procedures for in-line & end-of-line quality checks using Sciemetric/Furnace controls/Infacon.
Performing software flashing of battery BMS and associated assemblies.
Identifying battery fault codes/failure modes through experimental work during the prototype phase.
Supporting battery teardown diagnosis post prototype testing.
Collaborating cross-functionally to define pass/fail criteria for in-line & end-of-line testing.
Working with the production/manufacturing site team to hand over test procedures/specs from the prototype location including best practice & lessons learned.
Developing Operations technician team in core test competencies and use of test equipment.
Defining hardware requirements for battery programs (including harnesses and test equipment).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in battery testing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Vector & CanAnalyzer for battery communication.
Experience with creating dashboards and test scripts.
Familiarity with leak test processes and software flashing.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to occasionally travel to off-site test sites during work hours.
Working Hours:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Some flexibility required to support production team)

The Role
As CNC Engineer / Programmer you will operate CNC machinery using fanuc controls. You will be responsible for understanding the product dimensions and reading the blueprint. You will also be responsible for carrying out processes and procedures under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Responsibilities include:

Position Summary: A Process Technician is responsible for mixing and packaging in-process and finished goods inventory.
Specific Requirements:
Stage and prepare all raw materials associated with production batches. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in the batch making and packaging areas, with active engagement in positive safety behavior Communicates (gives a heads up) low levels of raw material to supervisory staff. Develops good working knowledge of all batch making and packaging processes. Maintains a good working relationship with Quality Control. Must be capable of logical structuring of batch making process, particularly optimizing the switchover sequence/needs of production. Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents, and material shortages to the Production Supervisor. Makes batches and operates packaging equipment efficiently. Capable of handling scanner & basic computer operations.
