Static Maintenance Mechanical Engineer - Leeds - Salary up to £32,000 DOE CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a static Mechanical maintenance technician to join a leading facilities company.

This is covering a commercial site in a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:Carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational proceduresOn occasion carry out installation work involved in minor upgrading and adaptation worksAssist other skilled trades in carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection and installation workBe able to maintain, service and repair a wide range of the building services including general Electrical services such as lighting and power, Air handling units.Manage Plant Rooms, including Steam Pipes.Undertake a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks and carry these out to a very high standardCarry out training to be able to provide Authorised Person dutiesPerson Specification:Qualified time served engineer with minimum 3 years post apprenticeship experiencePlantroom, steam, LTHW, chilled water & pipework work repair using with the use of joint techniques such as welding/brazing and crimping (steam experience is essential)Experience of working within a health care environment would be advantageousPrevious experience working within a building services roleThis role includes a DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists check therefore ability to pass is essential.Salary & Benefits:Salary £30,00 - £32,00024 days annual leave (+ public holidays)Life Cover equivalent to 1.5 times annual salaryEmployee discount shopping schemes on major brands and retailersGym membership discountsHoliday purchase scheme2 corporate social responsibility days per yearBroad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective/individual training, and personalized support programmesAttractive Employee Referral Rewards SchemeAll PPE and Uniform will be providedFree parking on siteFlex holidays
