Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct building envelope condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis to determine the root cause of problems and develop appropriate remediation strategies. Coordinate on-site schedules, condition requirements, and the overall phasing of work. Provide technical expertise in building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, and wall systems. The technician will be required to repair & service CNC and manual machine tools. To repair, where possible, any machine breakdowns in order to return the machine to production.
