As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be running your own caseload from inception to completion on matters such as:
Contract disputes
Shareholder disputes
Sales of goods and supply of services disputes
Partnership Disputes
IP Disputes
Professional negligence claims
IT Contract disputes
Regulatory matters
As well as this, you will be working in a supervisory position and supporting more junior members of the team with any matters they might require.
The successful candidate for this position will ideally have 6+ years PQE, is able to work well as part of a team, is ambitious with their long-term career goals and is wanting to play an active role in shaping the team and overall company for the future.
