Well-established law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their Hereford offices.
Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be running your own mixed caseload of:

Landlord and Tennant matters
Acquisitions and Disposals
Development
Sales and Purchases Contracts
Freehold/Leasehold
Title Issues

The successful candidate will ideally have 2-5 years PQE within Commercial Property, is a team player, has excellent communication and time management skills and can maintain exceptional relationships with an established client base.
