Efficiently, accurately, and safely processes raw materials, components, and finished goods, and distributes materials to the appropriate department by verifying and maintaining documentation on incoming and outgoing shipments, and transporting raw materials, components, and supplies to appropriate departments.

Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock. Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials. Required Skills:
1-3 years of related experience. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to work above average overtime and flexible hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Aptitude with SAP/WMS System as well as ISO-9001 requirements. Appropriate forklift and comparable equipment operating skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly for extended periods.

RTS/TINT ORDERS
Receive order copy and pull base material to be Rapid Tinted. Verify correct formula is attached to the RTS order. Add designated tint paste to the base product as called for by formula and verify proper color, per established procedures. Tag tinted material with the color designation. Stage tinted material awaiting shipment. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows progress of production, understands customer delivery needs and ensures warehouse personnel are available, trained, and have the proper tools to ship product on time. Ensures trucks are available for timely shipping of outgoing goods (includes assisting with calling and setting up pick ups). Schedules a variety of shipping, receiving, and cycle counting activities and analyzes new and/or complete orders to plan, prepare and direct future manpower needs to achieve timely order shipments. Assist with cycle counting and inventory/scrap reconciliation. Assist with SAP confirmation corrections and verification Assists with warehouse personnel assessment and performance improvement activities. Maintain / Implement Safety, environmental and all other company policies for warehouse personnel as well as for truck drivers and other vendors working in the area Other projects / tasks as assigned
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 2+ years' warehouse operations experience.

Load Trucks Unload Raw Material and supplies from trucks and railcars. Transport all inventory. Stage freight to be loaded. Stretch wrap all pallets and move all pallets to the warehouse area. Place all finished goods in inventory. Assist in physical inventory count. Organize warehouse and inventory. Cleans inventory area.
Transports totes to work areas as needed. Reviews and runs transactions in SAP daily to review customer orders. Ensures Shipping and Receiving transactions in SAP are conducted in a timely and accurate manner by monitoring transactions in SAP. Ensure products are shipped per DOT regulatory requirements, including Bill of Ladings and product container labeling. Works with Logistic Production Planners & Schedulers regarding finished goods shipments. Monitors status of customer orders to ensure on time delivery is met. Communicate with customer service representatives regarding order delivery status. Assists in tracking inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. Primary Responsibilities:
Performs job duties and/or tasks assigned by Supervision. Job duties particularly include the areas of shipping/receiving, inventory warehouse, grinding, and reactor operation in a manner in which all procedures, rules, and regulations are strictly followed. Tasks include any needed work effort that appropriately enhances the Twinsburg Facility. Capable of training other Plant Operators in the areas of shipping/receiving, grinding, and reactor operations dependent upon individual experience and proficiency in area of concern. Communicates problems to Supervisors or Plant Manager in a timely and accurate manner. Exhibits team attitude in all aspects of job performance including such things as working with R&D, Quality Control, Maintenance and other Manufacturing personnel to minimize the generation of substandard product as well as the successful introduction of new products into the Facility processes. Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent necessary. Must have good communication skills with a cooperative and discipline attitude to assure appropriate work ethic. Requires the ability to lift 60 lbs. Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing environment is preferred.
