Call Handling PA/Receptionist
Proposed list of duties:
"Ruby" answers incoming calls on behalf of her clients and handles them in one of the following ways;
Provides the information the caller wants and then passes on the details to her client
Puts the caller through to the relevant contact
Takes a comprehensive message which is forwarded via email, phone or SMS
Accesses online diary systems to book and amend appointments
Training:
You will achieve your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
There are workshops you will need to attend which are tutor led but delivered via Teams
You will have a mentor for one to one teaching and learning
In-house training will be given to suppoer specifics of the role
Training Outcome:
Ongoing training and development for the right candidate, upon completion of the apprenticeship
