Call Handling PA/Receptionist
Proposed list of duties:
"Ruby" answers incoming calls on behalf of her clients and handles them in one of the following ways;
Provides the information the caller wants and then passes on the details to her client Puts the caller through to the relevant contact Takes a comprehensive message which is forwarded via email, phone or SMS Accesses online diary systems to book and amend appointmentsTraining:
You will achieve your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard There are workshops you will need to attend which are tutor led but delivered via Teams You will have a mentor for one to one teaching and learning In-house training will be given to suppoer specifics of the role
Training Outcome:
Ongoing training and development for the right candidate, upon completion of the apprenticeship

MyRuby provides a personalised telephone reception, virtual PA and diary management service for offices and clinics across the UK, from our office in Colchester. To our clients My Ruby is an extension of their business - someone they can trust to handle their calls when they are either unavailable or unable to take the call.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, shifts to be confirmed.
