Italian fine dining restaurant
Monday to Saturday, Sunday closed
Things you will be doing as Restaurant Supervisor:
Overseeing all front and back of the house restaurant operations
Ensuring customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; responding to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
Maintaining quality control for all food served
Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
Addressing problems and troubleshooting
Ensure that all the administrative functions are performed accurately
You will be a great fit if you have:
Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and issues
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Leadership and organizational abilities
