About the role:
You will be working in a 9 bed residential children's home working with young people with learning disabilties and complex needs. As a support worker you will be assiting with activities, meal time, school runs and setting routines.
About you:
A successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and additional health needs.
Pay starting from £11.44 per hour PAYE and £14.57 per hour Umbrella

Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
Enhanced Child and Adults DBS
Be able to travel to Hadleigh in your own vehicle or by public transport.

Assist with managing post-completion matters, such as registration and stamp duty payments.
You will have recent conveyancing experience within a Residential Conveyancing team with a proven track record in supporting on property transactions, along with a proactive and self-motivated attitude, and a willingness to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment. You will have excellent communication skills and experience with new build transactions is advantageous.
