Residential Development Solicitor

A unique opportunity at one of the UK’s leading residential development teams who are looking to join an ambitious for a Residential Development solicitor to their Manchester office.
If you have 2 years PQE in development work or even real estate, then this is a role not to be missed.

The role will be assisting on complex caseloads including large-scale land acquisitions for household names across England and Wales, collaboration agreements between developers, funding arrangements and strategic options.
You will join the Manchester team who are full of experienced legal 500 recognised solicitors ready to support a willing and proactive Residential Development solicitor in developing your skills further.

You will understand that client service remains the key to success and reflect this in your communication skills, motivation and attention to detail in your day-to-day workload.
