As a Home Manager your key responsibilities include:
Responsible for ensuring the very best person-centred care service is provided to our residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs
Effectively manage your staff, providing information, guidance and on-going supervision and support, recruiting and onboarding new staff and continually develop and encourage your team
Working with your Area Manager you will continually ensure that business objectives and the Care Quality Commission compliance criteria are met, by cultivating good working relationships with all your stakeholders and actively work in a Collaborative way to ensure our service and care levels are outstanding
Work closely with the Customer Relations Team to ensure that optimum occupancy is maintained in your home by creative marketing strategies ensuring cost control over fees and staffing
Using various systems you will be submitting regular management Information reporting on all aspects of the homes, from occupancy levels, fees, budget controls and staffing
Working closely with the Hospitality and Maintenance teams to ensure the best standards in the homes environment, including food presentation standards, housekeeping standards and the care and maintenance of residents' clothing and building
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
At least 3 years’ experience as a Registered Care/Nursing Home Manager with CQC
Experience and knowledge of working in dementia care
Have a proven track record in management and delivery of high-quality care within a residential setting and financial management planning
Proven experience of managing a care team, encouraging, leading and motivating others
Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and care inspectorate
Passionate, driven, confident and resilient Leader
Have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to lead, motivate and inspire your team

Job Details:
The company is looking for an experienced technician that can work with the team to create preliminary concept designs and take them through to final manufacturing detail and construction drawings.
The ideal candidate would be expected visit local sites to complete surveys with engineers, as such some site experience would be needed.
Previous experience in the structural steel manufacturing industry is a must.
Experience in the marine and port industry would also be a benefit, as would knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems.

The Role of CMM Programmer:
- Programme CMM machines for various components. Zeiss and Mitutoyo.
- Capable of using more traditional checking equipment, height gauges, micrometres, verniers, gauging (hard & electronic) etc.
- Understand & interpret 2D drawings and models.
- Control & influence quality procedures.
- Be the hands-on part of the NPI / design team introduction.
- Work closely with engineering during 1st off to production.

Position Overview:
As a Superintendent MRI Radiographer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier patient care through cutting-edge MRI scanning techniques. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Clinical Manager to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our centre.
Work with the Clinical Manager to ensure that the Reception Team and clinical staff are proficient in manual patient transfers in emergency scenarios.
Take charge of stock control and the ordering of essential supplies for the centre
Actively engage with the broader team to contribute innovative ideas for projects and process enhancements.
Conduct clinical risk assessments to ensure patient safety.
Under the guidance of the Clinic Manager and Projects and Compliance Lead, ensure strict adherence to relevant legislation and regulations, including ISO and CQC standards.
Ensure the Clinical Bank Team is well-versed in and compliant with Oryon’s Policies and Procedures, with a special focus on the Mental Capacity Act (2015), Duty of Candour, Code of Confidentiality, and GDPR.
Prepare the team to respond effectively to major failures in line with the company’s procedures, including the implementation of a clear reactive and tracked workflow. Provide training to all team members, including bank workers, for system failures and downtime procedures in accordance with the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Clinical Manager to maintain our CQC rating and strive for an outstanding rating.
Requirements:
Diploma of the College of Radiographers or BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography, supplemented by postgraduate experience.
Current State Registration with HCPC.
Proficiency in MRI scanning techniques and IV contrast media administration.
Prior leadership and supervisory experience.
