You would be working under the supervision of the Management Team and duties will include raising purchase orders, matching supplier invoices & delivery notes, updating the Production Schedule and general administrative tasks.
You will need to be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, have a keen eye for detail and have the ability to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
Duties include:-
Communicating with suppliers – Requesting quotes, raising purchase orders, progressing orders, maintaining relationships with suppliers
Communicating with customers – Answering the telephone, quoting, progressing orders and delivery times, maintaining relationships with customers
Updating prices
Raising purchase orders based on the requirements of the Production Managers
Matching supplier invoices and delivery notes with purchase orders
Updating production schedule
Entering purchase invoices onto the system
Occasional invoicing
General filing/admin work
