The Role
Plan, manage and develop your product groups range of products for the UK market, managing them through the product lifecycle.lifecycle
Create and maintain application and cross reference databases for aftermarket products through research and compilation of data.
Transform these databases into robust, high quality UK application catalogues across all media.
Maintain and continuously analyse product ranges as required, making recommendations for improvements, additions and deletions.
Set up new to range items on the relevant systems, creating initial order quantity and annual sales forecast and forecasting to protect from redundant stock.
Assist in warranty administration.
Create and control product bulletins.
Attend exhibitions, PR functions and customer events where necessary and be prepared to travel within the UK on business as requested.
The Candidate

The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE. The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade. Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client base within the North of England region. Working closely with our senior management team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and securing contracts with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiate contract terms and agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams.
Track sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven track record in new business generation within the facilities management sector, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the facilities management industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with a virtual team.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the North of England region as required.
